About the RoleThe Commercial Account Executive will drive newâbusiness acquisition within an assigned territory, focusing on small to midâsize organizations. You will own the full sales cycleâleveraging prospecting strategies, consultative discovery, product demonstrations, and a disciplined approach to closing. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders.
What You\âll Do
Develop and execute a territory sales plan, including identifying target accounts and building a highâquality pipeline.
Conduct discovery to understand customer challenges across both technical and business dimensions.
Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations that position the solution\âs value in realâworld workflows.
Manage deals from initial outreach through negotiation and close, collaborating crossâfunctionally with internal teams.
Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What We\âre Looking For
3â5 years of experience in quotaâcarrying SaaS/B2B software sales as an Account Executive.
Experience managing fastâmoving sales cycles with a proven track record of closing.
Strong communication skills, including virtual and inâperson presentations.
Comfortable selling to technical stakeholders, including IT teams and procurement.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence multiple decisionâmakers.
Bachelor\âs degree or equivalent experience.
