Maplewood Recruitment are working closely with a new residential children's home based in North West London to support up to two vulnerable young people from the ages of 11-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging Behaviours.

Main requirements: To successfully register with Ofsted.
Comply with safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulations and standards at all times.
Grow a staff team that are experienced in supporting vulnerable young people. xrnqpay
Requirements: Have experience in a management role within a residential children's home for at least 2 years within the last 5 years.
Current or previously held a registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
Have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care / Leadership and Management
