The business works across a broad range of Residential and Commercial projects, offering a work load primarily with a project focus but giving candidates who have a professional skillset the chance to utilise this too.
Your workload could include:
Contract Administration
Dilapidations
Technical Due Diligence
Monitoring
Defect Analysis
Specifications
Party Wall matters
Project Management

Essentially, as long as you are a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), they will be able to provide a workload that aligns with your existing experience, interests and the areas of Building Surveying you want to develop further.
