The Role

As a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV Towers and access control turnstiles at our Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the ongoing development of the Envision product range. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual looking to build a long-term career with a market-leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, maintain, and upgrade CCTV Towers and access turnstile systems.
  • Ensure all equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
  • Effectively manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, including: Engineer reports, Handover certificates, BSIA certificates, Inspection and maintenance checklists.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Envision product range.
