Our client, a leading international commodity group, is seeking a high‐calibre Associate to join their Energy team. This role offers a truly global remit, covering Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, and will involve exposure to a diverse range of energy markets — including natural gas, LNG, crude, power, and low‐carbon fuels.
The successful candidate will play a key role in executing M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic financing initiatives, contributing to complex analyses and supporting major investment decisions across the energy spectrum.
Key Requirements:- Minimum 2 years' experience in corporate finance (M&A and/or financing) within the energy or renewables sector
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills
- An outstanding academic background
- Ideally, experience gained from a top‐tier investment bank
