This is a high-impact operational role managing the personal infrastructure of an UNHW CEO across his private portfolio — international properties, investments, estate operations, and household teams. You will operate independently of the company's business operations, with full ownership of the CEO's personal world. The CEO's personal operations are a portfolio in themselves. Your impact is measured by how seamlessly this portfolio runs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex personal projects from inception to completion—property acquisitions, major construction or renovation projects, private investments, and large-scale event planning.
- Conduct first-principles due diligence on high-value purchases and investments. You don't just "find options"; you analyse assets, risks, and long-term value to present decision-ready memos.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets and coordinate with external experts (lawyers, architects, wealth managers, financial advisors) to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Executive Infrastructure & AI Automation
- Build and optimize systems for the CEO's personal operations. Leverage AI and automation tools (Custom GPTs, Zapier, etc.) to eliminate friction and administrative drag.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management—optimizing the CEO's schedule and ensuring seamless logistical coordination for all engagements, locally and internationally.
- Act as the primary intelligence filter. Triage inbound requests, conduct research, prepare briefing documents, and synthesise complex information so the CEO enters every situation fully prepared.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the CEO's proxy with external parties—service providers, advisors, vendors, and personal contacts. Communicate with professionalism, discretion, and authority.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO, demonstrating a deep understanding of their voice and priorities.
- Build and maintain a network of trusted providers across categories (legal, financial, property, lifestyle) ensuring reliable access when needed.
Qualifications
The Profile: 3-5+ years in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Family Office, or Executive Support to a C-Suite/UHNW principal. You understand commercial logic and trade-offs.
The "No Task Too Small" Mindset: High intellectual horsepower, low ego. You understand that for the CEO to operate at maximum impact, their environment must be flawless—and you are willing to do the groundwork.
Tech-Native: You are not just proficient in Excel; you are an aggressive adopter of AI and modern productivity tools. You use technology to scale your own output.
Analytical Rigor: You think in timelines, budgets, and milestones. You can review a rental contract or investment term sheet and spot the risks immediately.
Unflappable Judgment: You operate with absolute discretion and make sound decisions under pressure without constant oversight.
