Operations & Social Media Coordinator

Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing Liverpool-based business to recruit an Operations & Social Media Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants a role where no two days are the same.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can confidently balance customer service, operational coordination, administration and social media management.

Whilst primarily office-based, this role also requires someone who is happy to support the wider operation, including occasionally assisting with cleaning duties during periods of high demand or unexpected staff shortages.

Important Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Weekend Working on a Rotating Rota
  • Previous Business Social Media Experience
  • Willingness to Occasionally Support Cleaning Operations When Required

The Role

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone, email and messaging platforms
  • Supporting customer enquiries, bookings and day-to-day communication
  • Coordinating schedules and assisting with operational planning
  • Managing changes, problems and last-minute challenges as they arise
  • Maintaining accurate records, systems and internal databases
  • Providing general office and administrative support
  • Managing business social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Creating engaging content including posts, stories, reels and promotional material
  • Scheduling content through Meta Business Suite and similar platforms
  • Producing branded graphics using Canva
  • Monitoring engagement and helping shape future content plans
  • Working closely with the wider team to support business operations

About You

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Previous experience managing social media for a business
  • Experience creating content across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong written communication skills
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to work independently and use initiative
  • A full UK driving licence

  • Weekend availability on a rotating basis
  • Previous hands-on social media experience for a business
  • Strong customer service background
  • Willingness to occasionally assist with cleaning duties when operationally required
