Were looking for a Careers Coach to join our Flexible Response Team , supporting young people aged 1618 who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET). Based in Walker House, youll also deliver services across the area, so flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.
About the RoleAs a Careers Coach, youll use coaching techniques and your strong relationship-building skills to help young people explore their strengths, build confidence, and take positive steps toward their future. Youll support them to overcome barriers and achieve goals - whether thats moving into work, education, or training, or engaging in volunteering, short programmes, or wellbeing support.
Youll work closely with young people, their families, and a wide range of professionals including support services, training providers, and employers. Collaboration is key to success in this role.
