Our client, a leading UK law firm recognised as one of the best companies to work for in the country, is looking for a Case Management System Developer to join its technology team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a Case Management System Developer with experience developing, configuring or enhancing legal case management systems who wants to join a highly regarded professional services firm with excellent culture, benefits and long-term career prospects.
You will play a key role in developing and improving the firm's case management system, with a focus on workflow configuration, forms, templates, automations, testing and ongoing system enhancements. The role will involve working closely with users across the business, understanding what they need from the system and turning those requirements into practical improvements.
The successful Case Management System Developer will be working with Clio Operate, but previous experience with this specific platform is not essential. Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience of any legal case management, workflow or low-code platform, such as Proclaim, Visualfiles, Mattersphere, or similar.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience developing, configuring or supporting a legal case management system
- Experience working with workflows, forms, templates, automations or system enhancements
- Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into practical system changes
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with non-technical users
- Good organisation, planning and time management skills
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems
