- Communicate Google Ads results to clients with clarity and context (with team support on strategy and execution).
- Monitor campaign performance daily—track CPL, CPA, lead quality, and pacing.
- Create and send weekly reports with data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, copy, and strategy) to keep campaigns moving.

- Maintain strong client retention by showing up prepared, proactive, and strategic.
- After 90 days: help onboard, train, and mentor new Account Managers as the team scales.

- Strong understanding of campaign structure, objectives, pixel setup, and testing strategy.
- Ability to confidently explain what is working, what is not, and why—without jargon.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at once.
- Availability to work within 9–5 EST (minimum 6 hours overlap for team and client calls).
- Willingness to get your hands dirty in the first 90 days while learning GQL processes, our clients, and how the team operates.
