Jigsaw Homes Group offers employees a very competitive 24 days holiday per annum, plus 3 days for Christmas closure (5 day working week) plus bank holidays, plus additional days after 2 years continuous service (to a maximum of 5 days).
We offer our employees the option to buy/sell up to 5 days extra leave per year and we offer compressed hours of work with the option to work a 4-day working week in a number of our roles, with 50% of your time working from home upon completion of a satisfactory probation period. About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of over 600 employees within our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.
Our Estate Services provide caretaking and gardening to communal areas of our housing stock. We also oversee and manage the Groups tree stock.

Role Information:
The role of the Assistant Director Estate Services, is to be o be accountable for the smooth running and delivery of Grounds Maintenance, Caretaking and tree management services.
These services need to be delivered with consideration to budget control, performance monitoring, within a robust Health and Safety framework.
Working collaboratively with other Assistant Directors and reporting to the Operational Director Asset Management.
You will oversee the smooth integration of New Build properties into the Estate Services maintenance programme.
