Are you a Design Manager or similar from a structural background looking to join one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK, offering a role with complete autonomy allowing you to be able to build your team around?

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for running, managing and developing your team of Civil Engineers. Reporting directly to the directors, you will manage key high-end accounts within the residential and commercial industry, whilst ensuing all KPI's are met across the board.
The company is a leading consultancy, delivering bespoke civil and structural engineering solutions nationwide. It is renowned for its supportive, family-like culture and excellent staff retention. The Role:
Managing and developing a team of Structural Engineers
Managing key residential and commercial accounts
Ensuring all KPI's are met - reposting directly to the directors
Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 5:30pm
