About the role
Supporting fee earners within the Residential Property team, duties will include:
- Managing client communications via phone and email
- Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Undertaking property searches
- File management, scanning and administration
- Providing full secretarial support throughout the conveyancing process
What we are looking for
- Previous experience as a Residential Property Legal Secretary
- Strong conveyancing knowledge from instruction through to completion
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team
