- Maintaining accurate files, records and supporting documentation
- Assisting with research and document preparation where required
- Providing general secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals
Flexible legal secretarial work without the commitment of a permanent role
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary who would enjoy picking up occasional temporary assignments throughout the year.
This opportunity is specifically designed to provide holiday and busy-period cover, so it would suit someone who is not looking for a full-time permanent position but would welcome flexible ad-hoc work with a professional legal team.
You will need to be comfortable stepping into a busy environment, quickly understanding what is required and providing reliable secretarial and administrative support when needed.
The ideal Legal Secretary will have:
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary
- A good understanding of legal terminology and office procedures
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using document management systems
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and a proactive, adaptable approach
This is an excellent option for an experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys variety and would like the flexibility to accept occasional assignments rather than commit to a permanent position.
