We are recruiting for an experienced Legal PA to join the Private Client team of a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The team advises high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, trustees and family offices on a wide range of private wealth matters, including Wills, succession planning, trusts, estates and international wealth structuring.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to Partners and Fee Earners, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy Private Client practice.
Key responsibilities include
- - Managing complex diaries, meetings and appointments.
- - Coordinating domestic and international travel.
- - Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence and presentations.
- - Supporting the preparation of Wills, Trust documents, LPAs and other Private Client documentation.
- - Managing client files and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- - Liaising confidently with clients, advisers and other stakeholders.
- - Assisting with billing, expenses and financial administration.
- - Opening new matters and supporting client onboarding processes.
- - Coordinating meetings, events and business development activity.
- - Managing inboxes and prioritising tasks on behalf of Fee Earners.
- - Providing a high level of client service and handling confidential information with discretion.
- - Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
About You
- - An experienced Legal PA or Legal Secretary, with Private Client experience.
- - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- - Confident supporting senior Fee Earners and managing competing priorities.
- - Professional, personable and confident when dealing with clients.
- - Experienced in diary management, travel and document production.
- - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- - Proactive and able to use initiative.
- - A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- - Discreet and confident handling sensitive and confidential information.
