We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Planner to join our team.

About the Role

Joining our team, you will take ownership of and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive jobs using in house systems to schedule works, ensuring future appointments meet contractual Service Level Agreements. You will handle client calls and emails to log issues and maintain timely system updates.
