We're looking for a Product Team Leader to drive the delivery of business-critical applications while shaping the future of software development through innovation and continuous improvement.
You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, testers and workflow specialists, ensuring the successful delivery of customer-focused digital solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps and security teams, you'll balance delivery priorities, quality standards and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing digital product team
Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
Support the adoption of AI-powered ways of working
Manage backlogs, delivery plans, risks and stakeholder expectations
Coordinate releases and ensure quality, security and governance standards are maintained
Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback and performance development
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in software or application delivery
2+ years in a people leadership role
Strong Agile delivery and stakeholder management experience
Experience leading technical teams delivering IT solutions
Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Azure
Passion for coaching others and driving organisational change through AI and modern delivery practices
