An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Commercial Property department, supporting solicitors and fee earners on a wide range of transactions from instruction through to completion.
The Role
- Assist with a broad range of commercial property matters
- Draft and review contracts, leases and supporting documentation
- Manage files from opening through to completion and archiving
- Prepare and organise legal documentation
- Liaise with clients, third parties and internal departments
- Support fee earners on complex transactions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
