Prospero Teaching is one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies, and due to continued growth, we're looking for a Candidate Manager to join our successful Children's Educational Services (CES) team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
- Conduct candidate screening calls and Teams interviews
- Manage candidate registrations and onboarding
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Create candidate profiles and support consultants with live vacancies
- Work closely with Compliance Officers to ensure candidate files are complete
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, motivated and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Recruitment, sales, customer service or administration experience is advantageous but not essential
