Our client is a specialist manufacturer of scientific instrumentation for a global market. Working within an experienced and highly skilled engineering design team we are seeking an additional Embedded Software Engineer. The role will be to design, develop and maintain Embedded Software for the next generation of systems. You will be working onsite at our client's modern and well-equipped development facility.
Skills sought will include:- Demonstrable experience in designing and building software systems- Experience in developing Embedded Software using C- understanding of full software development lifecycle- understanding and appreciation of code version control- ability to write and review technical documentsResponsibilities- Design, develop, test, software systems in C- Support and assist systems integration and product testing- Provide customer support and problem solve on technical matters- Attend and actively contribute to design reviewsExperience and Qualifications:- Degree in Electronics, Software or related discipline- 5+ years' relevant experience in Embedded Software EngineeringOur client offers a relaxed, friendly, collaborative working environment. xrnqpay You will be working in a small, highly experienced design team.
