HR Administrator
Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Β£26,000 to Β£30,000 depending on experience
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, fully office based

This is a newly created role within a rapidly growing organisation, offering an excellent opportunity to join an expanding HR function and work closely with an experienced Head of HR.

You'll receive ongoing training and development, making it ideal for an experienced HR Administrator or someone looking to build a long-term career within HR in a supportive and forward-thinking business.
HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment partners
- Preparing employment contracts, offer letters and right-to-work documentation
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Assisting with payroll and employee benefits administration
- Responding to employee queries and providing day-to-day HR support
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working collaboratively with teams across the business to ensure HR processes run smoothly
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous, although we would also welcome applications from candidates with strong administrative experience and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Professional, discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Proactive, positive and keen to develop professionally
