Planning Coordinator!
Based in Dudley
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm and 8:00am to 4:00pm (alternating weeks)
15.22 per hour

What you will do
- Liaising with customers to manage the installations.
- Co-ordinating surveyors, engineers, builders and sub-contractors, to ensure our customer receives the best possible experience.
- Keeping all systems up to date.
Key tasks
- Planning, booking and organising work for builders and engineers along with required sub-contractors.
- Ensure customers are updated at every step of the installation journey.
- Liaising with the Regional build/Installations Manager and assisting in the resolution of any issues.
- Ensuring available resource is filled to capacity, whilst also making sure SLA's are achieved.
- Manage all inbound and outbound telephone calls and Email Inboxes relating to the installations.
- Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, surveyors, engineers, builders, build/installation managers, logistics team and sub-contractors.
- Ensure all systems are up to date.
Ideal candidate
- Must have experience of scheduling installation projects involving multiple trades.
- Ideally have knowledge of requirements covering building works in domestic properties
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK and experience planning work for field based teams
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
