Confidential, a UK contractor, is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join its social housing repairs and maintenance team in Kingston-upon-Thames. This full-time, temporary role (around 3 months with potential to extend) centers on planning and coordinating responsive and planned work.
You will manage phone calls, operatives’ diaries and administrative tasks, liaise with tenants, the client and councils, and ensure works are scheduled in line with KPI targets.
