Role: MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
Location: Kettering, UK
Salary: Up to Β£25,000 (plus on-call allowance one week in three)
Hours:37.5 hrs per week

We have a full-time vacancy for a Maintenance Operative to work in our Facilities department, maintaining the safe and efficient running of SATRA sites.
Operating on a rotating split shift system:
Week 1 Monday to Friday 5:30am 1:30pm
Week 2 Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:00pm
Week 3 Monday to Friday 11:00am 7:00pm
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be required to carry out the following:
Provision of a comprehensive range of caretaking duties which will include DIY, basic plumbing, painting & decorating and driving a FLT.
Completion of toilet logs detailing work undertaken
Security of site, opening and closing
Pool car safety and maintenance checks
Intruder and fire alarm call outs
Key holder
Conducting Health & Safety checks
Some heavy lifting will be required on occasions
Hospitality as required
About You
Candidates must have:
Able to work as part of a team or alone
Flexible/adaptable
Positive, can-do attitude
Experience xrnqpay of building effective relationships across various departments
Full driving licence
Prepared to train and act as a first aider
Problem solving skills
