We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering seamless experiences, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from concept to completion
  • Champion and organise logistics including travel, accommodation, shipping, catering, and AV requirements
  • Assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and debriefs
  • Work with internal teams including marketing, creative, and operations
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; experience with project management tools a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required for events
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in event planning
