Why this role

Our European business offers crypto-asset and payment services under regulatory licences, and every product change has to work for customers and stand up to scrutiny. You’ll sit with the Head of Operations and be the person who turns product ideas into clear requirements, tested releases and evidence-based improvements. Without that groundwork, launches slow down and risks surface late. In 18 months, you’ll have supported a run of live releases, owned the analysis for part of the product line, and be ready to step into a full product or business analyst role.

What you’ll do

  • Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and customer journeys, and keep that documentation current.
  • Analyse product, customer and transaction data to spot trends, and use feedback and recurring incidents to point to what should change.
  • Work with engineering, operations, compliance, risk and support to land product changes, and flag regulatory or customer-impact issues early.
  • Run user acceptance testing: write the test cases, log defects and follow each one to resolution.
  • Publish release notes and keep the product record accurate.

What you’ll bring

  • Thinks analytically and is comfortable in Excel, turning raw data into a clear recommendation.
  • Writes and explains clearly, in documents and in conversation, with people across several teams.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English; you’ll work in both every day.
  • Follows through on detail, from test cases to open defects to documentation, without being chased.

Bonus

  • Has used SQL, Power BI or Jira.
  • Has worked in product analysis, business analysis, payments or fintech.
