Our client, in London, is seeking an enthusiastic International Business & Events Coordinator to join their vibrant team! In this exciting role, you will play a key part in facilitating the delivery of our client's international strategy. You will support a variety of events and engage in essential administrative and business development activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the team's international business initiatives.

Duties

  • Support the planning and delivery of a diverse events programme alongside the Heads of Events and International.
  • Take the lead on international online events, managing everything from scheduling and speaker liaison to live event execution and post-event communications.
  • Coordinate in-person events, creating promotional content, managing registrations, and overseeing on-site logistics.
  • Source and liaise with venues, catering, and third-party suppliers as the primary contact.
  • Attend and support events outside normal working hours when required.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations within the international team.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, communications, and activities.
  • Ensure timely and correct data entry in the CRM system.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and logistical arrangements.
  • Organise business delegation visits, ensuring all details are meticulously arranged.
  • Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly international e-newsletter by compiling content.
  • Conduct preliminary research on international markets, trade regulations, and potential partners.
  • Track data and compile reports to aid decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of meeting reports, presentations, proposals, and agendas.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an events coordinator or support role.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in record-keeping, and document management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and social media.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, GoToWebinar, Teams, and Zoom is advantageous.
