About the Role

We are recruiting for an exciting Integration Coordinator opportunity supporting a large-scale business transformation programme.

This role sits within the Integration work stream and will play a key part in coordinating system integrations across multiple business functions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.

Working closely with the Integration Lead, you will help drive the successful delivery of integration activities, maintain governance processes, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure delivery milestones remain on track.

  • Contract - 6 months
  • Location - UB0 7 GB (Hybrid 3 days on-site)
  • Pay an attractive daily rate (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities Integration Delivery & Coordination

  • - Coordinate integration activities across business, technical, data, and vendor teams.
  • - Maintain plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
  • - Monitor progress through the full integration life cycle, from discovery to deployment and hypercare.
  • - Schedule and support workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • - Ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • - Maintain RAID logs, decision registers, interface catalogues, and dependency trackers.
  • - Support governance forums and programme reporting.
  • - Monitor risks, issues, and blockers, escalating where required.
  • - Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • - Track KPIs, milestones, and work stream performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • - Build strong relationships with programme teams, SMEs, vendors, and external partners.
  • - Act as a central coordination point between technical and business stakeholders.
  • - Communicate project updates, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to different audiences.
  • - Coordinate activities and deliverables across implementation partners and suppliers.
  • Solution & Testing Support
  • - Assist with requirements gathering, solution reviews, and impact assessments.
  • - Support integration design reviews and ensure actions are tracked to completion.
  • - Coordinate readiness activities for testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
  • - Support defect triage and issue management during testing phases.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who have

  • - Experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology, or systems integration programmes.
  • - Strong coordination, planning, and organisational skills.
  • - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • - Experience managing RAID logs, action trackers, project plans, and programme controls.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Experience producing senior management and governance reporting.
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Teams, Share Point, and related collaboration tools.

Desirable Experience

  • - Aviation, engineering, maintenance, or enterprise transformation environments.
  • - ERP, MRO, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations platforms.
  • - Systems integration and interface delivery projects.
  • - Knowledge of APIs, Middleware, file-based, or event-driven integrations.
  • - Experience working with third-party software vendors and implementation partners.
  • - Exposure to SAP, Azure Integration Services, AMOS, or similar enterprise platforms.
