Insolvency Administrator London

A growing insolvency practice in the South East is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join its team. The firm offers a hands-on environment where you'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to a varied portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency cases.

The Role

• Manage CVLs, MVLs and Bankruptcy cases from cradle to grave.
• Prepare statutory documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Liaise with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Assist with investigations, asset realisations and distributions.
• Ensure cases progress efficiently and remain compliant with insolvency legislation.
• Support senior team members on more complex assignments where required.

About You

• Experience within a UK insolvency practice.
• Ability to independently manage CVLs, MVLs and Bankruptcy cases from inception through to closure.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• CPI studies are advantageous but not essential.
