Job Title: Vehicle PrepperLocation: Coalville, LeicestershireSalary: Up to £37,000 per annum Dependant on experience/qualificationsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Prepper to join a busy and well-established automotive body shop in Coalville. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in vehicle preparation and paint support, looking for a stable, long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for paint including masking, sanding, filling, and primingCarry out vehicle prep, paint preparation, and surface correctionRemove scratches, dents, and minor imperfections prior to paintingWork closely with Paint Sprayers to ensure a high-quality finishUse body shop tools such as sanders, polishers, and prep equipmentMaintain a clean and safe working environmentRequirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper / Prep Technician / Bodyshop PrepperStrong knowledge of sanding, masking, priming, and prep techniquesExperience within a body shop, accident repair centre, or automotive workshopAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHigh attention to detail and xrnqpay qualityDesirable Skills: Experience in polishing, buffing, and finishingPrevious support to Paint SprayersWhats on Offer: Salary up to £37,000 per annumStable, full-time positionOngoing training and developmentOpportunity for progression within a growing automotive businessIf youre a Vehicle Prepper, Prep Technician, or Bodyshop Prepper looking for your next opportunity in Coalville, apply now.
