BE Recruitment are working with a well-established General Merchant company based in Coalville, Leicester, who are looking for high-quality Class 1 HGV Drivers to join their team on an ongoing basis. The Role

  • 1-2 national deliveries per day
  • General haulage of palletised goods
  • No handballing - all pallets are forklifted off
  • Deliveries throughout the UK
  • Professional and customer-focused service

Hours of Work

  • Monday to Friday
  • Start times between 6:00am and 8:00am
  • Shifts typically 8-12 hours
  • Saturday and Sunday work available at overtime rates
  • Ongoing work with full-time hours available

Pay & Benefits

  • £17.00 - £19.00 per hour
  • Ongoing temporary position

Role Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card

  • Safety shoes and hi-vis vest - mandatory PPE
