Group in Edinburgh is seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Support team. You will handle inquiries via phone, live chat and email in Portuguese and English, supporting customers with flights and hotels while delivering an exceptional experience.
The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home after training) with 37.5 hours weekly and a base salary of £26,800 plus monthly performance incentives. Training runs 12 weeks, 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
