French and German speaking Order Management Coordinator

Salary: up to 34,000 per annum depending on experience

Main Duties
You will be in charge of managing customer orders from initial entry through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment and smooth communication throughout the process.
The Role
- Process and manage customer orders accurately from entry through to dispatch.
- Check pricing, lead times, customer details and required documentation.
- Monitor orders and proactively update customers on progress, delays or issues.
- Resolve order discrepancies and work with internal teams to remove any blockers.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data using the company's CRM system
- Support the wider Customer Service team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
The Candidate
- Fluent in both French and German - essential requirement
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills with attention to detail
- Dynamic, proactive and confident personality
