As they continue to invest in their people strategy, theyre looking for a confident, commercially-minded HR Business Partner to lead HR Business Partnering across four offices. /p p br /p p This is a senior-level, Partner-facing role. Youll work directly with Staff Partners, Heads of Office and senior leadership teams, shaping and delivering people strategies that are genuinely aligned to business priorities – not sitting on the sidelines of it. /p p br /p p strong Key Duties Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Partner directly with senior Partners and leadership teams across four regional offices, understanding each client groups strategic drivers and ways of working to shape a tailored people strategy /li li Lead change management interventions and deliver holistic, user-centric people solutions, working closely with subject matter experts across and beyond the HR function /li li Own talent management strategy for your client groups, aligning local activity with the firms broader talent programmes /li li Stay close to the full employee lifecycle across your portfolio – recruitment, promotions, the firms structured partnership pathway, and escalated ER cases /li li Partner with the business and internal People teams on salary reviews /li li Represent your portfolio on relevant firm-wide groups, bringing insight, ideas and solutions to the table /li li Use data and evidence – rather than personal bias – to assess engagement, identify trends and inform both tactical and strategic decisions /li li Share learnings and collaborate across the wider People team, contributing to broader people projects where relevant /li /ul p br /p p strong The Role Requires: /strong /p ul li Demonstrable experience in HR business partnering within people-centred organisations; professional services experience is advantageous /li li Strong track record of planning, managing and organising resources to meet objectives /li li Solid knowledge of employment law, technical HR requirements and industry best practice /li li Skilled at interpreting complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements and translating them into practical solutions /li li Proven ability to influence and shift the thinking and behaviour of senior stakeholders, including at Partner level /li li A natural relationship-builder who can balance the needs of multiple stakeholders at once /li li Comfortable holding yourself and others to account, with a reputation for delivering on commitments /li li CIPD chartered (or equivalent) preferred /li /ul p br /p p strong Why apply? /strong /p ul li A genuinely senior, strategic HRBP role with real Partner-level influence /li li A varied, multi-site portfolio spanning four offices /li li A collaborative, values-led culture that invests seriously in its people /li li The opportunity to shape and lead change across a growing people function /li /ul p br /p p strong Location: /strong Based in London, with frequent travel to other offices across the region. /p
