A fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career within a growing business!

We're recruiting for an organised, proactive and personable HR Administrator to join a busy HR team within a rapidly growing, multi-business organisation.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of HR administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the Group Head of HR, you'll play an important role in keeping the HR function running smoothly, supporting employees and managers across the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including new starters, contracts, onboarding, employment changes and leavers.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing support and escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Supporting employee relations processes, including preparing documentation and taking accurate meeting notes.
  • Collating monthly payroll information and assisting with benefits administration, salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Coordinating training activities and monitoring compliance requirements.
  • Supporting internal communications, employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Getting involved in HR projects as the business continues to grow.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident with technology and genuinely enjoys administration.

Ideally, you'll bring

  • Previous experience in HR administration or a strong general administration background.
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly, professional and proactive approach.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in!

A CIPD Level 3 qualification, or working towards one, would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Why consider this opportunity?

You’ll be joining a growing organisation where no two days are quite the same.

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities, work closely with an experienced Head of HR and have the opportunity to develop your skills as the business evolves.

Importantly, we’re open to considering candidates looking for reduced working hours, making this an attractive opportunity for someone seeking a little more flexibility.
