Pay & Hours
Β£14.75 per hour
24 per week (inclusive of 30-minute unpaid breaks)
Flexible shift pattern over 3 to 4 days
Hull based with the potential to travel to different services
The role
The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
Act as a central pillar in supporting, managing, and activating the community-wide space provided by the HICA Group
To lead on the development of the service and manage associated project
Ensure all aspects of communal facilities are effectively maintained in order to provide a safe and welcoming environment and maximise use
Manage the hub environment to ensure it is safe, welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for residents with varying care and physical needs
Design, implement, and distribute a comprehensive monthly timetable of activities, workshops, and large-scale group events
Maintain accurate digital schedules, records, and feedback loops using standard company software
Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required, commensurate with the level of the post
About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Full UK driving licence
Valid food safety Level 2 certificate (or be willing to achieve this immediately upon appointment)
A background in managing, planning and coordinating group activities, community events, or social projects
Experience in community development, engagement, partnerships or a similar role
