Responsibilities
- Lead and direct all paid search campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
- Drive the expansion of our user base globally for both web and app, focusing on achieving high-quality, high-volume growth and maximizing return on investment.
- Craft and implement cutting-edge paid search strategies.
- Work closely with data science and SEO teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on leadership in campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, while also mentoring and developing a team of search specialists.
- Optimize large-scale, complex operations by utilizing industry-leading paid search methodologies, tools, and platforms to achieve superior performance.
- Proactively manage budget allocation and pacing across campaigns to ensure optimal ROI and the successful achievement of key performance indicators.
- Optimize creative assets, and improve conversion rates through the refinement of landing pages, ad copy, keywords, and audiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, search engine updates, and evolving finance user behaviour to ensure campaigns remain competitive and highly effective.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market opportunities and gaps within the financial sector, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to build dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and identify trends, ensuring all strategic decisions are informed by actionable insights.
- Prepare and present clear, comprehensive reports on campaign performance, market intelligence, and future strategies to key stakeholders and leadership.
Educational Background: A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in paid search marketing, with an excellent track record in web and app growth.
Industry Advantage: Prior experience in Finance and Tech is a plus.
Platform Use: Demonstrated deep expertise in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and SA360, coupled with proven success in scaling campaigns globally.
