Head of Sales - Multi Brand Car dealership in Channel Isles.

You will be an accomplished and ambitious " head of sales" within a prestige business currently or with previous experience .
You will have experience of developing and leading a team to sell new and used cars and after sales packages.
Your CV will demonstrate clear loyalty, career stability, and a strong work ethic built at respected car brands.
You must be in a position and ready to relocate to Jersey personally as it is remote from the UK and working hours will include weekends.

The "Head of Sales" role:
Drive Commercial Growth: Lead from the front to maximise performance across New Cars, Used inventory, F&I, and value-added Aftersales packages.
Inspire & Elevate the Team: Build, mentor, and motivate a top-performing sales team, instilling a culture of accountability, and sales excellence.
Shape Strategy: Oversee stock acquisition, stock turn, and local marketing strategies tailored specifically to the unique island market.
Customer Experience: Ensure the dealership network continues to set the benchmark for CSI, NPS.
