p strong Head of Technical Compliance and Risk /strong /p p strong Permanent South London £62,000 – £70,000 + benefits Hybrid working available /strong /p p br br Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below. br /p p Our client is looking for a Head of Technical Compliance and Risk to lead statutory compliance, risk management, and business continuity across a complex multi-campus estate. /p p This high-impact leadership role sits within the Estates and Facilities team and is ideal for a dynamic professional with deep technical knowledge, experience managing compliance across hard FM services, and a passion for continuous improvement. /p p br /p p You’ll work closely with senior estates, safety, and project leaders to embed robust systems that ensure legal and regulatory compliance across a broad portfolio of sites. The role offers autonomy, influence, and the opportunity to drive meaningful change in a collaborative environment. /p p br /p p strong Key responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Lead compliance strategy, audit response, and risk management for estates operations /li li Develop and maintain business continuity plans and processes /li li Provide assurance on health, safety, and environmental performance /li li Support and upskill stakeholders in statutory and technical compliance /li /ul p br /p p strong You will bring: /strong /p ul li Extensive experience in estates compliance across large or complex organisations /li li Strong working knowledge of statutory requirements (asbestos, legionella, CDM15, etc.) /li li Professional membership (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, MIWFM, RICS, CIOB, or similar) /li li Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability /li /ul
