We are seeking a performance-driven

Global Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid media strategy, marketing automation, and conversion-focused digital initiatives across key markets.

This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, marketing, and digital experience owning campaign execution end-to-end while collaborating across a global marketing organization.

You will be responsible for scaling paid acquisition (primarily Google, with Linked In and other channels), optimizing conversion paths through landing page development, and managing marketing automation workflows in Hub Spot (or Salesforce).

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to operate effectively across regions and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In, and other digital channels.
  • Manage campaign strategy, budgets, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Improve conversion rates through landing page optimization and A/B testing.
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows in Hub Spot and/or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales to optimize lead management and pipeline generation.
  • Work across global teams to scale and localize campaigns.
  • Coordinate external vendors and part-time technical resources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong Google Ads expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Hub Spot and/or Salesforce.
  • Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through digital campaigns.
  • Experience with landing page optimization, CRO, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in global or multi-region environments preferred.
