Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we are looking for a skilled Technician to join the workshop team on a permanent basis.
The Package £30.00 per hour £62,400 basic salary per year 40 hours per week 4-day working week Tuesday to Friday 8:00pm 6:30am 30-minute break Overtime paid at time and a half Permanent position 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service Pension with employer contribution of up to 5% matched Healthcare cashback scheme Free uniform and safety footwear Employee discounts across retailers, cinemas, theme parks and more Discounted vehicle leasing and contract hire The Role As a Nightshift HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of commercial vehicles to a high standard.
The successful candidates will be confident carrying out fault-finding and diagnostics and will ideally have experience working within a main dealer or similar professional workshop environment .
You will also have access to ongoing training and development, including exposure to electric and next-generation commercial vehicle technology .
What We're Looking For HGV Technician Level 3 qualification or equivalent Proven experience as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Proven experience working on commercial vehicles Ability to work independently and as part of a team High standards of workmanship Main dealer experience preferred Applications will also be considered from experienced HGV Technicians who have strong diagnostic skills and a broad range of HGV experience. xrnqpay
