🎯 What will you do?

✅ Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement global real estate management strategies
• Align property initiatives with corporate objectives
• Identify optimisation opportunities and cost-efficiency initiatives

✅ International Portfolio Management

• Oversee property acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions
• Negotiate complex contracts and lease agreements
• Monitor property performance

✅ Operations & Compliance

• Ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Implement preventive maintenance programs
• Lead sustainability initiatives and environmental metrics

✅ Team Leadership

• Lead multicultural teams of facilities managers
• Manage vendor relationships

🎯 What are we looking for?

📚 Education & Experience

• Bachelor\’s degree Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in real estate/facilities management with 5+ years in leadership
• Proven experience managing complex multinational portfolios
