What Youll Be Doing Producing detailed, accurate estimates for electrical projectsspanning full design & build, reactive maintenance, and specialist installations
Reviewing drawings, specs, and tender documents for clarity and scope
Collaborating with supply chain partners to secure reliable pricing and technical information
Identifying risks, alternates, and cost-saving value engineering options
Supporting bid submissions and join pre/post-tender client meetings when required
Working with service and project teams to ensure smooth handovers
Youll be part of a commercial team that delivers quality bids on time, backed with technical insight and solid financial logic.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience estimating electrical building servicesand ideally combined with design & build or service exposure
Ability to read, interpret, and cost from technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with estimating software and confident Excel skills
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Commercial awareness and ability to flag risks or opportunities early
Good communication and team-based approach
