As the appointed Telesales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role
- Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact
- Identifying customer needs and promoting suitable products and services
- Managing customer enquiries and providing accurate information
- Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation within the CRM database
- Following up quotations and converting leads into sales opportunities
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
About You
- Experience within a telesales, sales, customer service or business support role desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/Database systems
- Resilient, target-driven and motivated by success
- Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
