We are looking for a Fundraising & Supporter Care Coordinator to join a wonderful UK charity to provide administrative, operational and supporter care support across a range of fundraising activities.
Hybrid working with minimum 2 days a week in Rugby.

The role
Provide day-to-day administrative support across all fundraising income streams.
Process donations, sponsorship income and fundraising proceeds accurately and efficiently.
Act as a key contact for community fundraisers and supporters and groups.
Support the planning, coordination and administration of fundraising events.
Provide administrative support for lottery activities.
The candidate
Experience in an administrative, fundraising, supporter care or customer-facing role.
Experience maintaining databases and records accurately.
Experience producing written communications and correspondence.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
