We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management for one of our key clients based in London.
Role highlights:
- Duration: 12-month freelance contract (initial term, with strong likelihood of extension)
- IR35 status: Inside IR35
- Location: London – mandatory 2 days per week on-site (hybrid flexibility for the remaining days)
- Start: ASAP / within notice period
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex IAM projects end-to-end (e.g. identity governance, access management implementations, privileged access, authentication modernisations, compliance initiatives)
- Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders (including security, IT ops, business units), vendors, and budgets
- Drive project planning, risk & issue management, RAID logs, status reporting, and successful go-live / transition to BAU
- Ensure alignment with organisational security policies, regulatory requirements (GDPR, FCA, etc.) and industry standards
- Proven track record as an IT Project Manager delivering IAM / Identity projects (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock, or similar platforms is highly desirable)
- Strong experience in financial services, regulated environments, or large enterprise settings (advantage)
- Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certification (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Right to work in the UK + ability to attend office in London 2 days/week
Rate: Competitive inside IR35 day rate – depending on experience (please indicate your expectations)
