Are you a Sales Admin or similar with knowledge of Agricultural Machinery looking to progress your career, stepping into a Sales Co-ordination role where you'll be supporting sales staff directly in a customer facing role?
In this role you'll be responsible for supporting a busy sales team by processing orders, preparing invoices and dealing with inbound enquiries. This is a Monday - Friday role, 37.5 hours a week and there is a bonus offered for hitting targets. You'll also be visiting clients and customers on site, once per week.
This company have been established for over 50 years and supply Agricultural, Construction and Plant Machinery to businesses across the UK. They are very well known in their industry and are a highly respected Scottish brand.
The Role:
- Administration of machinery sales
- Creating and sending invoices
- Supporting inbound sales enquires
- Co-ordinating Sales staff and managing the order process
- Visiting clients at their sites roughly once per week
- Monday to Friday, 37.5hour work week
The Person:
- Sales Administrator or similar
- Knowledge of Agricultural Machinery
- Looking to take a step up into a Coordinator role
