Location: Forfar (Office Based Initially, Moving to Hybrid Working)
Pay Rate: 14.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Temporary until January 2027, with potential for extension
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator to join our client based in Forfar. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a strong financial background to secure a role with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and managing invoices
- Handling payslip administration
- Budget monitoring and financial tracking
- Accurate data input and record maintenance
- Working across a variety of internal systems
- Providing general administrative support within the finance team
What We're Looking For
- Previous finance or financial administration experience is essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using multiple systems and databases
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
This role is heavily focused on the financial side of administration, so applicants must be comfortable working with figures and financial data on a daily basis.
