Customer Team Leader Location: 2 Shore Street, Brodick, KA27 8AG
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 16-24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you’ll do:
- Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations
- Develop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued and respected
- Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
- Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers
- Support your store manager by deputising when they’re not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
- Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback
- Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan
