The FP&A manager role supports the Commercial (Sales) organisation and is responsible for the consolidation of the financial results of the EMEA region. The role will provide insightful financial information to key stakeholders to drive profitable decision making and support the growth agenda within the business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or overseas equivalent)
- Detail conscious, with an ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and strong communicator
- Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrable FP&A and commercial reporting experience
- Self‑motivated with a drive for continual improvement
- Experience handling large volumes of data from multiple sources within Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidation of EMEA monthly reporting – providing commentary, variance & KPI analysis with core focus on Commercial Sales
- Lead monthly business review meetings with senior stakeholders and review and challenge drivers of performance
- Input into the board report providing insight and analysis into the underlying drivers of business performance
- Own the planning and forecasting cycles for the region, delivering robust budgeting and forecasting processes utilising the systems to drive automation
- Work with the Director of FP&A to proactively identify revenue growth and profit enhancement opportunities
- Business partnering with finance regional heads and regional sales leaders
- Adhoc reporting on Lines of Business (product performance)
- M&A reporting
Essential Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel, with knowledge of BI tools an advantage
- SAAS experience
- Knowledge of a subscription‑based business model beneficial
Key Internal Relationships
- Local and Global FP&A Team and regional business stakeholders
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working with 2–3 days in the London office – Tuesday and Thursday with the team.
